Okay, so I haven't posted pictures yet but I have finally scheduled some workshops. One is on March 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the other is April 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. We will be making 10 cards for $15. Please let me know if you would like to come and bring a friend.

Let's try this again.

Okay, so I finally decided to try this blog thing again. I guess it was just too much to do with being a single (yet still married living in 2 different states) mom of 3, trying to get a 3,500 sq ft house ready to move into a 2,000 sq ft house 650 miles away, Thanksgiving, Christmas (the weekend we moved) and then trying to get the new house settled. Oh, by the way, did I mention that we got pregnant while doing all this? Yes, baby no 4 is due around Labor Day (fitting isn't it?).

I am in the process of setting up my stamp (craft) room--I know, it's been a pain in the you know what to actually get any stamping done. Of course, we just had a birthday party for my girls--they turned 6 so I did invitations for those at the "dining" room table that was set up in the family room since we couldn't get to our dining room yet. Needless to say, our basement has a lot of stuff in it that needs to come back upstairs.

I have my second round of Stamps in the Mail going right now and will be starting Round 3 next month. I'm not sure what we are going to be doing yet but it will include things out of the Occasions mini catalog.

I will try to post some pictures soon of the stuff I've been busy working on.

Thanks for visiting.

Finally

Sorry I have been away and not updating regularly. I was in Michigan with my husband looking for a new house. The kids and I currently live in Virginia but will be moving to Michigan at Christmastime to be with my husband again. He got out of the military in May and found a job in Kalamazoo in September after the kids had already started school so we stayed here and he went there. We were successful in finding a home and should be new homeowners on Nov. 14. I will be adding more pictures of cards and such hopefully next week when I get time to stamp some more up. Thanks for looking.

Stamps in the Mail

I started a group called Stamps in the Mail. For $25 a month for 3 months, you can make 4 stamped projects--usually 3 cards and 1 project. I'm excited about this and I can't wait for everyone to get their packages. I ordered all the stuff last night but am willing to do a second group if anyone else is interested. Here's the projects for the first month. I will be finishing up the projects soon and will try to upload those as well.

Supplies used: (All Stampin' Up!) Priceless stamp set; cardstock: basic black, blue bayou, purely pomegranate, whisper white, creamy caramel, naturals ivory, wild wasabi, soft sky; designer paper: rose red, so saffron, cutie pie; ink: purely pomegranate, basic brown; hodgepodge hardware, Signo white gel pen, wild wasabi ribbon, round tab punch, spring flower bouquet punch, double circle punch.

I can't believe I started a Blog

I have said all along that I wasn't going to start a blog but here I am starting a blog. I will try my best to keep it updated every week in my crazy life. I will be posting pictures later this week when I get a few minutes.
